Initial Sessions

Kelly recommends all her clients sign up for a 60 minute initial session in order to create sustainable goals that can be worked through and may even evolve through future sessions! This is also where we go over any medical history or past dieting techniques that clients have tried.

Add-Ons/Subscription

Sometimes it is difficult to come up with recipes that we think the entire family will like so then we find ourselves creating the same meals every single week. When you sign-up for this add-on, Kelly will email you 2 recipes a week, including the grocery list and a video tutorial! 

Follow-up Sessions

During the initial assessment, clients discuss with Kelly their goals and what they want out of this journey. This is when it will be determined what amount of time works best for your follow-ups. Remember, sustainable eating is individualized for each person, diets are NOT a one size fits all.

Do we take insurance?

This is a self-pay service. Kelly will be able to give you an invoice with a code that you are able to send into your own insurance.
